Is there a version that doesn't have layers and layers of things to click off before actually playing? It takes my computer three minutes to load and then I have to click off a mountain of stuff I don't care about! We need a "light" version.

No there are no different versions of the game - just one! The layers that I think you are talking about are the challenges that are available for you to play such as the striped candy challenge (Dexter) or something else. Sometimes they are testers offered to some of the fans to see if it's a good match for all the fans. So you might be one of the lucky testers! Also if it's taking 3 minutes to load are you clearing the history daily? That would slow the game down too.
