game still on the old format

I play on facebook using google chrome just over a week ago my game reverted to the old format, somebody from king told me what to do which i followed to the letter, clearing cache etc i deleted the game from face book cleared cache again restarted my computer and it is still on the old format, am at a loss now what else i can do, so all i can hope is that it will revert back to the new format one day in the meantime i cannot play. If anyone else has any bright ideas i would welcome them.
