I have been charged twice for a single purchase of gold bars a number of time. How do I get a refund?

  • First make sure that several purchases have not been merged into one transaction on your credit or debit card. If you have made several purchases through your Apple-ID the same week (not necessarily in the same game or app), Apple can merge these purchases into one big transaction instead of charging you separately for every single purchase. 

    If you have been charged incorrectly, then contact Apple/ iTunes Store directly since they handle all transactions and refunds made through iTunes or App Store and also have access to your payment details.

    To request a refund from Apple/ iTunes, please click here below, log in to your Apple-ID and click on the “Report a problem” button to the right of the purchase.
