Lost progress on CC when connected to iPad

I was playing on my sister’s iPad,she was on level 309 ,when I connected her account to face she lost all her progress and went to level one. Her Id on iPad is Anuj,email add Shantuj@hotmail.com . I tried to contact King care from her iPad but email add is not right message kept on coming

Hi Hansa, it's Elsa.  I saw that you wrote this message twice.  I already responded to the other message.  You should get an email saying that someone responded to you and then open that message and follow the link that I gave you.  It tells you how to go about getting her core ID and once you have that then I can elevate this to Cez who can get her back to her current level.
