When I started playing Candy Crush Saga yesterday I had 43 gold bars; then during play of my second round I was directed to the "purchase" shop. Clicked back into the game and found my gold bars missing. Please replace them. I have seen numerous people having the same issue. These cost money!

Hi Karen. Thank you for writing to King Care! Normally, we don't answer purchase questions here in the community, as they require sensitive information from you to allow the King Care staff to look into the issue, but since this seems like an ongoing issue that a lot of people are having, I brought this up to the King moderators directly so they can see if it is something that they need to address immediately or not.
