Prizes gone!

I got a new phone and I'm having trouble getting my candies that I had before. I had over 150 brown candies, 100 wheels, 10 hammers, 150 fish, over 140 stripes etc etc.   But now they are gone!  I logged off and logged back on.  My progress is there thankfully because im on level 1077. But I have zero of my candies earned to date.  can you help get them back?

Hi Marcia, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care.  

Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost.  For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars. 

I will elevate this to a King Admin and perhaps she can help in some way.
