My prizes are gone. my new phone allows me to get to my progress of level 1077. But i have none, i had over 150 of each candy. Example 150+wheel or 150+stripped or 150+fish and 10+ hammers and lots more . how do i get these back? ive logged off and back on and i ensured it connected yo my facebook. but still no luck. Please help

Hi Marcia, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you very much for posting here on King Care.
Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.
I will elevate this to a King Admin to see if she can help you in any way.
