Crashed game!

I complained about this earlier as well that my game is crashed as many of the stages are already unlocked throughout the game! Moreover I'm not even able to procrep to the next stage after clearing the one I'm currently on. I read that I should write to customer support team so that they can manually erase my game progress and I can fresh start the game. Kindly erase my game progress. I already wrote an email and now writing over here as well.

Hi Rakshit, I'm sorry but there is no way to erase your progress.  You can play without being logged into Facebook but your progress will never be saved.  I'm not sure if you play through the Kingdom if it will start you back at the beginning but you can read how to connect to the Kingdom and try that:

If it works, then make sure that you don't sync Kingdom and Facebook because it will take you back to the Facebook levels.
