I made an online purchase over a week ago. I also went to the private message area and included the confirmation email that confirmed the withdrawal from my account and still have not heard from anyone in regards to applying this to my account or refunding my money to my bank account at this point.

I actually did submit privately over one week ago and have not rec'd any responses
