How to keep my level 461, never sync with Facebook before and transfer my level to my new Ipad?

Hi Tan Vu Vuong, unfortunately when you don't play the game through Facebook or the Kingdom your progress doesn't get saved. Only using one of these will your progress be saved and continue to save. So syncing won't bring back your levels. But I can try to elevate this to a King Admin and you should get a response here on King Care. Please, please, please remember to use Facebook or King Care in the future.
