Hi Connie, wow I am now getting a lot of messages here complaining about this. I have reported it to a King Admin but I don't know if anyone is in their office today. Can you use another browser instead of chrome? Try Firefox, Opera or Edge. Hopefully we can get it fixed real soon and thank you soooooooooooooooo very much for posting this glitch here.
Hi Connie, where are you playing the game - mobile or computer? If computer what browser are you using? I haven't seen anyone else today say that they have an error message so perhaps it's the browser that you are using. You can play the game on Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Edge. Please give me more information and we can try to help resolve it.

Henry they are still working on a solution but I can surely understand your frustration. Try your best to hang in there and look for an update when it's fixed or better yet - you write back here when you can get in.
