Can't play with Win7 / Win10 and Firefox / Chrome for 4 days, even after clearing cache and cookies. When will the problem be fixed? Thanks.
Hi Grace, the glitch on Chrome was just reported by me to a King Admin this morning. I wasn't aware that this error was happening until I saw a bunch of players write about it here this morning. I don't know if any staff is at work today but tomorrow morning a King Admin will definitely be reporting this to the team. Why can't you play on Windows 10? It doesn't require a browser. Also try logging out of Facebook and log back in. Have you checked to see if there are any updates on those browsers? Also have you updated the game?
