My candy crush on my ipad is stuck at level 3110 and there hasn't been an update in a while. Just wondering if it's my ipad's problem or did they not release the new levels beyond 3110 on the ipad yet?

Yes new levels have been released since you wrote this. If you are still experiencing problems let's try this. Are you playing through Facebook or the Kingdom because they save your progress. So if you are, then please clear out the history on your mobile device. Then shut it down, wait 10 seconds and then open it again. Now open the game and log out of Facebook and log back in and it should be working.
