I was on Level 2618. The next morning I couldn't get to candy crush as usual. I am on internet explorer and aol. Now they are asking me to change to chrome etc. to continue playing. Why? Will I loose all the games I completed. Thank You

    Hi Andrew, sorry for the delay in responding.  King changed their version from Flash to HTML5 so Internet Explorer is not the browser to use anymore.  If you were playing the game through Facebook or the Kingdom then your progress has been saved to the server.  I use Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge and Windows 10.
