Level 3160, 25 moves on YouTube and just 10 for me

Bug on level 3160 ! On YouTube they play 25 moves and I only have 10.I asked the King(Anna) to solve it and she asked me to disconnect my Facebook connection, dis install completely Candy, close my iPad for at least 10 seconds, reopen it, reinstall Candy. I did it all, and I still have the problem...Please help me ! Thankyou very much.

Is not a problem of ipad. I play on ipad and on tablet android and have same problem only 10 moves. I think is a problem with account.
