Number of moves are too low?

Levels 3156 and up - the amount of moves I have are much less than the number of moves on the tips pages. Level 3160 had 20 moves in the tips, only 10 moves for us players.  I had to purchase 10 lives to complete the level.  Is this just a ploy go get us to purchase boosters?  The last number of games have just not been fun at all.  Currently, I'm on level 3161.  I have 20 moves to complete the level.  I went to Candy Crush Saga All help - and the youtube video shows 35 moves.  What is up??

Sorry for the delay in responding.  Have you cleared level 3161 yet?  Here is a you tube video showing it completed with 20 moves.  Sometimes King changes the number of moves according to how many players complete it.  Sometimes it's too difficult so they add extra moves and sometimes it's too easy so they take away moves.  The players have no control over this.
