Not receiving free hours of play. In the last week I have been rewarded one hour of free play, three hours, two hours and even six hours of free play and have not received any of those rewards.

Hi Janice, sorry for the delay in responding. Are you still having this issue? Do you still need help? I'm unclear as to whether you saw the infinity symbol and didn't use it right away or it never showed up. Here is an article that discusses this further:
I haven't seen any players posting here saying that they saw it appear so I'm wondering if you are the first person reporting this. Please read the article and write back if you need further help.
