I was on level 1400 something but it reset to level 2

I am connected to Facebook, but all of a sudden am back to level 2.

i tried deleting the game and reconnecting to Facebook, same problem. Is there a way to get my 4 years of progress back?

Hi Simone, you haven't given us enough information yet.  Where are you playing the game - mobile or computer?  Have you cleared the history yet?  Do you need help to clean the history?  That should be the first step to try.  If you are on a mobile device, please shut it down, wait about 10 seconds and then open it again.  Now please log out of Facebook and log back in and you should be back to your current level because Facebook saves your progress.  If none of this works, please write me back and I will try other methods for you.
