Missing lives and Dexter Delight this morning. What can I do?

I loaded Candy Crush this morning to find all my lives were missing.  The Dexter Delight where you collect the stripped candies is missing as well.  I tried reloading the game several times with no luck.  Is there anything I can do to restore any of this?

Hi Sandra, you haven't mentioned if you are playing the game on a mobile device or the computer.  First try to clear out the history.  If you are on a mobile device, shut it down and wait about 10 seconds, then open it again.  Open the game and log out of Facebook and log back in.  See if this works for you.
