No sound effects

My iPad candy crush game no longer has game sound effects sound. And now I've lost my level progress.
I emailed several times. I followed instructions. I deleted the app. I reinstalled the app.
Now I am at level one. I've now Lost my levels from the past three years and Still have no sound effects on my iPad game.
How can I play the game:
1. At my level earned, please restore my progress
2. With sound effects, please turn on the app sound
Note: When I sign in with Facebook, I have my levels. However, I still do not have sound effects.
Will the King company please fix this now? Please respond.

Hi DDD, sorry for the delay in responding. Do you have the latest IOS update? Are you sure that your device isn't on silent? I'm sure that you already checked to make sure that the sound is at the highest correct? I am going to open the game on my iPhone now to see if I get sound effects. Wow there are no sound effects on my phone but I just started the same level on my computer and there are sound effects! Maybe this is something new because my volume on my phone is high. If I get more information on this I will write you back here.
