I did a fresh iOS install after wiping my phone and am back at level 1 on all my Candy Crush games. I was ~level 789 on Candy Crush Saga. How can I get it back? I did back up my phone to my computer before I wiped it.

I'm sorry that you didn't hear from her. I did forward your message to her but perhaps since it's a holiday weekend coming up she didn't have a chance to respond. I will send her another message but she is out of the office until next week.
I'm going to elevate this to a King Admin who will write you privately here on King Care. She won't be in the office until some time tomorrow so give it a couple of days before hearing from her. Please, please in the future play through Facebook or the Kingdom otherwise your levels won't be saved.

Hi Elsa, I backed up my phone but did not "restore" my phone since Apple was worried I'd inherit the same issues I was having if I did a restore. I did a fresh install and then downloaded my previously installed apps. I don't think I was playing through Facebook.
Hi ImRoxy, I heard recently that if you back up your phone then you should be able to get it back but here you are saying that it didn't work for you. Have you been playing the game through Facebook or the Kingdom because they save your progress? Please write back to let me know so that I can direct you further.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
