Lost Game Progress

I was on level 1,100+ and lost all my progress. I’m back to level 1. I don’t know what to do and I’m freaking out because it has taken me years to get to this point. I wasn’t registered with Facebook but I never once had an issue of loosing all my progress.

Hi BeccaB, I am here to help you resolve this so don't panic.  Since you have been playing through Facebook all your progress has been saved.  Let's try to do this.  First clear out the history on your mobile device and then please shut your device.  Wait about 10 seconds and then open it again.  Now go into your game and log out of Facebook and log back in.  It should bring you back to your current level.  Please write back here to let me know if this works for you.  If, by some chance, that it doesn't then I can offer you another solution.

I haven’t been logged on to Facebook until today so that’s why I’m so worried my progress wasn’t saved. My ranking is still accurate but when I opened it today it started me at level 1.
