Please help me restore my progress after I deleted and reinstalled the app

I did not sign up with Facebook or and email when I began playing. I was around level 600+ when the app seemed glitchy and wouldn’t pick up my internet connection. I thought it was like WWF where you can delete the app and reinstall, which removes glitchiness and retains your level... NOT with Candy Crush Saga. I’m bummed, not to mention many $15.99 purchases poorer. Is there anyway to retrieve this info and not start from the beginning?

    Hi Winewoman, sorry for the delay in responding.  Here is some information that might help you in the future regarding the importance of playing through Facebook.

    Try your best in the future not to uninstall the games on your phone/tablet because you will lose all your boosters.  I can elevate this to a King Admin who might be able to help you with this issue but she won't be back in the office until next week so please be patient.

    I tried. No user name came up no matter what email I used

    so I registered as Winewoman with email address as winewoman@hotmail.com

    I think I'm SOL
