Candy Crush in gameroom won't progress

Hi, am trying to attach a snapshot of my gameroom app to show how candy crush doesn't progress, it seems the space you provided is limited only to 40 characters in which a picture am attaching won't go thru. My issue hasn't been resolved. please fix the game in gameroom. i don't like playing using browsers. Thank you.

Hi Elsa! I've tried attaching the image file of my screenshot still it won't go thru by clicking the attach image button and yes I clicked on answer this question button. I even deleted my text message just to have the image go thru, still it says, only 40 characters are allowed. Anyways, I was able now to play again candy crush via game room. I guess, the glitch has already been resolved. Still, appreciate your assistance.
