Level 3188

After playing that level so many times, I finally had only 2 jellies to clear that are not in cages. Lucky for me, I also had two wrapped candy side by side beside the jellies. I swap the wrapped candies together and nothing, nothing happened! How do you explain this?

Thank you Elsa! Strangely enough, level 3188 was slightly modified right after and I managed to clear it.
