I had to restore my iPad and have lost all my Candy Crush levels - I was well above 2K and now I'm down in the 30s. Can you fix this?

I have not yet heard from an admin, and my progress in Candy Crush is still incorrect.

I play through the Kingdom, not Facebook, and while it has saved my progress on the other games (Jelly, Soda, Bubble Witch) my progress on original Candy Crush was lost.

It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
