Stuck at level 149! How do I make the 1 Chocolate candy to get out of the level?

I have played the same level so many times I can't count. I get all the blue candies. I get the striped candies. But I fail the level because I don't have the one chocolate candy. Do I have to make the candy somehow? If so, how do I do that. I passed a lower level by inadvertenly making a choclate candy but I have no ieda how
