Lost progress on login to Facebook

Hi King team admins, I logged in for the first time to Facebook on an iPhone6 and the game appeared to successfully sync my progress at level 782. But shortly after that the progress was lost and it rolled me back to level 1 or 5. Please help restore my progress. Thanks very much.

Hi Laura, thank you, but I'm afraid that didn't help. I do have the latest app and iOS versions.

Ooops. I see you have an iOS. No matter if you already have the updated versions. I can elevate this to the Moderator for sure for you. I don't know if this will help, but there are two other tips that I found for a device like yours. This was written by a Moderator a while ago, but I will post it here so you can try it. I am so sorry for your troubles and I feel badly that you can't play. I hope you get this solved soon! 

Here are those tips: The first is to try to send your progress from Facebook to your device. From Facebook, simply click the “Play on Phone” button in the left corner of the map screen. This will send a notification to your device which you can click and prompt a connection. You can also, open the Facebook on your mobile device and in the settings menu, find the game in the apps section and click on it. This will automatically open the game and also sync the game progress.

Yes, please request a Moderator/Admin to help restore my progress. As you say, ~800 levels is too much progress to redo because of a glitch. Thanks!
