I was almost at level 900 and logged into FB and now in the 500's in candy crush

Hi Tricia, sorry for the delay in responding. Are you still having this issue? Let's try this first: clear out the history on your mobile device. Then shut it down, wait 10 seconds and then reopen it. Open the game and log out of Facebook and log back in. This should fix it but if not, please write back here so that I can give you further direction.
