I had candy crush intalled on my iPhone through a different Apple ID to the one I use now and I had forgotten my previous Apple ID so I wasn’t able to update candy crush. I uninstalled the app and re downloaded it and signed into Facebook and it took me back to the beginning. Please help me

Hi there, sorry for the delay in responding. Were you playing through Facebook the entire time because Facebook saves your progress? Since you do have a Facebook account I will elevate this to a King Admin who can get you back on track. She will write you here privately but give her a bit of time because she has to play catch up on a lot of issues and glitches going on.
