Hi, how can I can’t find my piggy bank. I saw it the other day and now it’s gone. Help please

I can’t find my piggy bank in my iPad , but in my iPhone which are connected by Facebook I can see my piggy bank. I always play in my iPad now I finished many games and most of them are 3 stars so it won’t be included as a Gold Bars in my piggy bank? Why it keeps disappearing. Can you let me know how to retrieve it. Thanks

Hello Judy. I am not sure why this is happening, but can you try clearing the cache on your device, then disconnecting and reconnecting your iPad to Facebook first? You can also uninstall and then reinstall the game on your iPad, then reconnect to FB, and that might solve the issue.
