A few days ago my Candy Crush and Candy Crush Soda games on Windows 10 started to say either Failed To Connect To Facebook (CCS) or Connecting to Facebook Cancelled (CC). I can still play, but obviously cannot sync. I do not want to reinstall since I will either lose my progress or wipe out my boosters. Any suggestions?

This is primarily about games through a browser. My issue is from the App downloaded from the Windows Store. I should also mention that Jelly Saga connects to Facebook just fine.Hello all. Exact same problem I had since yesterday, my Candy Crush Saga game on Windows 10 started to say "Connecting to Facebook Cancelled". I uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times, but same error message appeared. I tried installing Candy Crush Soda and Candy Crush Jelly on Windows 10, but when I try to sync, it says "Failed To Connect To Facebook". I installed Candy Crush Saga app under Windows 10 on 2 other computers ,and I get the same "Connecting to Facebook Cancelled" response. I submitted report to King Care, their response was to come to this forum...looks like others are experiencing same problem since last week but the problems remain unresolved. Appreciate some form of response please.
Hi all, just an update on the above. I am having exactly the same problem using the App on my Windows 10 Tablet. I can play Candy Crush Saga, but I cannot connect to Facebook, I keep getting the response "Connection to Facebook cancelled". I followed a thread that said uninstall and reinstall, which I did and I end up back at Level 1. However, if I play using the App on my Android Phone, I can connect and all is well. I tried installing the App on a different Windows 10 Tablet and I get the same message about the connection to Facebook being cancelled. Please can someone provide a solution/answer to this.
After tw0 weeks the issue resolved itself. Can now connect to FB.
