This has happened twice now: I landed on jackpot and nothing happened. No jackpot. No other prize. I tried to report it but got a canned response that it’s hard to hit the jackpot. This time I did take a screenshot. I’m not sure how to reach King. Any thoughts?

Hello there Michelle! Can you upload the screenshot here for us? I will let the Moderators know about this immediately for you. It has happened to other people, and the Moderators are able to look into your account and replace those boosters that weren't awarded. I am happy to help and a bit envious lol. I think I hit the Jackpot once out of all the years I have been playing.
