Windows 10 app facebook connect failed?!

Hi, since a few weeks my Win10 app has no connection to facebook. I reset the app, aber it still doesn´t works. With my other devices (ios and androis) there is no problem! Cause my reset I am level one :-( The rights are ok, what can I do? Many thanks for help...

Critter Catch not working properly
I've had this issue before and it's very frustrating. I click on the butterfly but it's not being counted. Last time I had this happen it didn't count my last 2 butterflies so I didn't get the reward. Today it didn't count 1 (so far). Can you tell me what's going on and that this issue will be fixed? Thanks.
