Hi Bob, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. Are you still having this issue? Do you still need help? Do you clear your history daily because if you do then the game will restart you back at the beginning just as if you were starting the game for the first time.
If you lost the lives are you playing it on a mobile device? All lives and boosters are just stored on the device so any crashes or updates can cause you to lose everything. You can read more about it here:
