I paid 6.99 for 50 bars and boosters on ccs and on the next turn it said I only had 39

I had some bars available when I needed to use them but not enough so I purchased the 6.99 pack which has 50 bars and several boosters. I used two hammer pops. On the very next turn it gave me the option to buy the piggy bank with 60 bars for 2.99 so I purchased them and when it counted them into my bank it said I only had 39 prior to that 2.99 purchase when I just purchased 50 the turn prior and didn't use any. How do I get the rest or get my money back?
