I completed an audit of my online charges. Unfortunately for me I pay for my "candy bundles" online to an account where I have auto pay set up so I only audit the activity every quarter. Since February of 2018 I have been overcharged approximately $420.00.
I purchase the 6.99 bundle and and 2.99 p bank and on multiple occassions on those days the charges are either duplicated or entered three additional times for the one occasion.
I have the statements where I identified each overcharge, I need to have my credit card credited immediately -
I need to know who and what number I can call before I file a complaint with my credit card company.
