I finally completed Level 2841 after 2 days, and using all 3 boosters allowed and 1 hammer, so remaining with one move. So while the action for remaining move taking place, I went to my notification to reply a WhatsApp message. Then I went back to the game, I was back to the same level.
This is indeed frustrating because I have been using all the 3 boosters for 6 lives, and now almost all the boosters are depleted.
Are you able to do anything for this technical issue?

Hi Shirlyn, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. Are you still having this issue? I don't think the mobile version was designed to be able to go check out a message and then come back to the game. I don't think this would be a technical issue for the game. It might be an issue with Android.
