I need help recovering an account i used on this device

I did not save my progress in any way for the game even though i was lvl 2800+.I had tried to log into a facebook account to save progress but i had a level 100+there so i lost the account.Now i need a way to get it back any help please?Also if it helps i had a deactivated facebook account linked to it a bit before around the level 2100+ i think.
Also its a matter of urgency for me please if u can get back to me as i have to do it fast.Thank you in advance!

Please see this blog here for the steps to follow if you have lost your progress.
