How can I recover my progress on the candy crush saga?

I have been playing candy crush saga on my PC.  I was on the last level when my PC crashed and I had to reinstall Windows 10. Now I lost all my levels and I am back  to level 1.   Can you help me restore my progress?  Thank you!
