Another ridiculous level that they've changed to make it impossible.  Just released and they've already reduced the number of moves to 16 to get 28 candies.  Are these supposed to be fun and/or challenging?  Not any more.

Hi Ranger, sorry for the delay in responding.  This level has been reported to the studio.  I posted a response here with print screens showing how difficult it was to clear so don't be surprised in the near future you see it changing.
