Why do the upper levels such as 3337 and 3338 have so few moves? The videos show more.

I will probably have to quit because these upper levels such as 3337 and 3338 are impossible to pass. The videos show more moves. This isn't fun anymore....I've spent alot of time and money playing this game, but unless these change, I'll have to quit. So sad for me.............
