Why do you keep changing levels in candy crush?

So blue berry bluff's opened for me today.  More levels that can't be won without boosters.  I look them up on you tube and again find they have been changed.  I am playing level 3372, there is no way to win this level after it was changed to include more blockers and less moves.  Could you put out a video showing how to win this level after changing it, please.

I don't know how many moves you have to play now but this person is very good at writing tips and creating videos for Candy Crush.
