facebook account sync

Hello, my problem is this: on Facebook I am at level 2538 of Candy Crush and on my IPhone at 3110. Unable to synchronize the 2 accounts. Qaund I connect on Facebook I find myself at level 2538 even if I can go back to level 3110 while moving. On the other hand if I win the 3110 level it does not refer to the iphone ... Can you help me please? thanks in advance

    Hi Polna52, thank you for writing us here at King Care.  I am going to give you a link that might be able to help you sync it.  https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/how-can-i-transfer-my-progress-from-facebook-to-the-king-website

    If that doesn't work then let's try some troubleshooting.  Clear out the history on your computer.  Then open the game and log out of Facebook and log back in.  Let me know if this syncs it.

    If neither work, then I am going to ask you to get your user ID # and here is the information for that:  https://www.elsalanger.net/blog/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it

    Then please write back here with your user ID # and I can have a King Admin look into your account to see what's going on.  They are out of the office for the weekend so once you try everything and give me your # then I can forward it to someone who will write you privately here.
