I keep getting kicked off Cand Crush Saga by Words With Friends, Why?

I loose my life and extra help.  I don't even play Words with Friends, but I start to play Candy Crush and Words With Friends pops up.  I lose that life and any extras like the Swedish Fish, Candy Bombs, etc.  I play about 30 seconds and the pages is taken over by Words With Friends and I go back and I have to start all over again!!!
