How come I can't send lives anymore?

I haven't been able to send lives in two weeks. I click the button and the symbol just goes in circles continuously, nothing is being sent. Also, the lives I did have are gone & I didn't use them. I need help. I can't send friends lives or request any.

    Hi Dollc, I have some information that might help you.  The title says not getting lives but I think it would also apply to not being able to send.

    I haven’t been able to send lives for months. Tried all the steps and nothing has worked

    Hi Samantha, this is already a known Facebook glitch and the developers have contacted them.  We are all waiting for a fix.  It's also affecting non-King games too.

    It's not a glitch.  They want to make the game harder for us.

    No Katsby, that is not true because it was a Facebook glitch.  They came out with an update a couple of weeks ago and now the lives are working again.

    Well everytime I try to connect to Facebook, it crashes.  Closes down.  Or when it says "show friends", then I click on Facebook, crashes.  I haven't been able to connect to Facebook in months.

    Oh interesting.  I can play just fine.  Just won't let me see my friends from Facebook therefore I cannot get lives from anyone.  I just live on the lives they give me and wait for more lives.  No big deal.  Thanks for the update.  Hope that gets fixed.

    I am suddenly having this problem too - i cannot see any of my friends on any level to send them lives. They can send me lives but I cant reciprocate.  I tried the steps in the links above but to no avail. Any other suggestions?
