Having a problem on level 3172

Hi I’m on level 3172, when I earn sugar drops they aren’t appearing on the sugar track nothing happens it just moves straight to play again. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and now I lost the boosters that I had collected on the daily spin, please help

Hi Christine, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care. Are you still having this issue? Do you still need help? When playing the sugar drops once you have collected 180 of them the challenge will disappear and you won't see the "c" on the candies until the 8 hours is up and it starts again. If you are playing on a mobile device, my best advice is never to uninstall the app until you have tried troubleshooting. As you found out, you will lose your boosters and lives because they are only saved to your device so any crashes or updates can cause you to lose them.
