Hello, this week for the third time all my boosters have been deleted and I already lost more than 100 boosters. I am now in level 1445 but it is impossible for me to keep playing.Months ago I had same problem. Please keep us informed If you are not able to solve the problem . If so we will remove the app/Game.

Hi Orad, sorry for the delay in responding. Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.
