Need URGENT Help.

Hi there. I posted about this before but got no replies. 

My mother is facing an issue with candy crush on her table. All avatar pictures do not appear. The leaderboards don'r work. It's just a question mark. Today, I tried to log her out and re-log back in to see if it would fix it, but furst I pressed the orange button to see her profile. It would not show up no matter how many times I clicked. What is going on? I need answers. I'm worried about our online safety.

Make sure you are connected to the internet with a strong connection such as wifi. If it is still not loading please try some common loading fixes:
