All Help Site says one ingredient is on the board to start with and another drops after a couple of turns, I am not getting either, I have used nearly all my turns before I can get the first ingredient down!!! what is wrong???

Hi Kathy, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care.  Are you still having this issue?   No one else has reported any issues with this level.  Have you cleared it yet?
